The years go by fast! So much info and so little time. Instead of boring you with information that can be gathered from everywhere, I choose to share with you only that which is a direct result of my own experiences in the last 35 years with fitness, building muscle for the non-genetically gifted from the vegan and raw perspective which is not found anywhere.
My hard-earned surprisingly unpopular perspective is quite non-mainstream. Yet it is scientifically proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. The confusion is due mostly to those who call themselves "raw" kicking ideas about nutrition around without so much as a few years or even months of actually being raw themselves. Moreover, I have experienced the health and fitness results myself AND with almost hundreds of clients and friends in person. I truly wonder how many "out there" who I will never meet face to face have also proven to themselves that perfect health can only be realized WITHOUT supplements, cooked food, animal products. or any processed foods whatsoever. Furthermore, that significant fitness and lean tissue strengthening and building can occur most effectively and efficiently with less than two hours a week of exercise.
This blog is for those who are ready to go forward into the past and re-educate themselves with the way things are done instead of the way that the fitness, wellness and nutrition industry say it should be done.
In my experience there exists such a plethora of fitness fallacies, nutrition nonsense and diet dogma that it is no wonder why most people are wasting hours and hours of their precious days exercising as well as decades of their lives searching for "the magic bullet" of health and fitness. It is so simple. It is not what you take- it is what you eliminate! Remember that conservation is basic law. Understand the process and you will see how to get results for yourself.
The wellness industry went wrong. I can only do my best to share with you how to correct it for yourself. To those who are selling supplements or gadgets such as water ionizers: I am not interested. I do not eat nor do I sell algae, pond scum, green powders, super foods, supplements of any kind or other wastes of time and money. Remember that this is The Best Weigh, not half way, three-quarters way, seven-eighths way or otherwise, but the all-time most effective and efficient way. I am raw living proof and so are my clients and friends. While raw was becoming popular here on Long Island we were the ones already dong it for many years. There has to be a limit. There must be a point at which we cease seeking and begin arriving. So few are the number of those who have actually experienced genuine health! Only be being 100% raw for at least long enough to completely detoxify and then "test out" the new you for at least a year after that will ever know what it feels like. Now, I am not saying that you must be 100% raw. Few can do it I am sure (not that any of our clients have ever had any trouble at all) I am certainly never going to prescribe this to anyone since I am not a medical doctor. (Not that I prefer holistic doctors in general- please call me out on this- I am more than pleased to explain my logic and experience plus the experience of dozens of patients whom I am in close contact with who have tried several natural doctors...). Let it be known again that if you are experiencing any type of health problem- chronic or acute that you are worried about- that you should NUMBER ONE consult a medical doctor (I say this for legal reasons plus I am not your doctor or "a" doctor nor should you ever radically change your diet or lifestyle unless you weigh all your options first.
The beauty of this program of eating PROPER RAW VEGAN is that it is seamless as it guides you through the two phases of raw and requires zero learning curve if desired. At the very least there are zero cravings and 100% health benefit.
I have literally thousands of pages that I have never shared, images and courses, and the like, and much more to come that I hope to share on here.
Of course, while experience is the absolute best example and teacher, I am also highly aware of the need for respected scientific studies to be cited to add to the "credibility" of what is being proven every week here at THE BEST WEIGH, which as many of you know is a brick and mortar raw wellness and fitness center in New York located on Long Island.
