Everyone seems to be searching for the answer. A magic ingredient or a lecture that gets them to start. Understand this. There is no way to be healthy unless you practice health every day. You may approach health, just as 999 million sperm cells approach an egg, but until that last one fertilizes it, their can be no life. Fertilize your desire to be healthy by actually practicing health. The best and most significant effort is to learn how to make delicious nutritious non-boring, raw "soul food".
Most people are health conscious but few are actually healthy.
I see them in the local health food store buying vitamin pills and "organic" coffee and dairy as well as "free-range" fish, chicken and even beef! That is like getting stabbed with a sterile knife. When will they learn?
The best kept raw secret, or more precisely, the best way to experience health is to eat the food every single day. That is why Chris became a chef. He never wanted to be in the food business. He only did it to do what nobody had done in his community of Long Island- provide health care in the food. Health Care In The Food. That is the secret. All the talk, all the lectures, all the books one can read, good or bad, may influence them or educate them, but until they actually eat the right raw food every single day, they are going to get zero health benefits.
The benefits are so huge. I often ask people who say that they are "vegan" or "raw" to tell me about it. I have met few who say that they have gotten amazing benefits from tripling their endurance, waking up blazing energy, and healing cuts three times faster than before. They still get colds and flu. They still cough and get headaches once in a while. They do not experience the benefits that myself and my raw team experience, as well as my clients who are actually practicing raw.
You have to eat the food. It takes as many months as you are old in years to reverse your cooked biochemistry and to clean out your system. I started when I was 38, but not 100% until I was about 40. So I needed 40 months or three and a half years to cleanse, which raw did automatically for me.
After being 100% raw I noticed many changes in my immediate health daily. My senses, healing, digestion, endurance, strength, focus, and more- all improved dramatically. It could not be hidden. That's why I know if someone is raw or not.
It does not matter if you are raw. What matters is that if you are ready, and WANT to experience health, then the best way to do it TO EAT THE FOOD, since the health is in the food. Lectures won't give you health. Pills or powders can't do it.
The doctor of the future is the chef of the future. No doubt about it! Nobody can disagree that when it comes down to it, unless you are able to get the food or make the food, you can not eat it every day and you will not be healthy. It's really that simple, and that is why I worked to provide food on this program.
I think we have succeeded since everyone who tastes our food gets hooked. They want more, especially if they have heard or seen the superior benefits of the raw diet. That is the best behavior modification out there! Nobody gets healthy forever without taste satisfaction forever. Learn how to make the food yourself! I will teach you. You will not be simply "health conscious" but actually healthy!
