Compare frugivore/ herbivore (OURS) to carnivore (CAT):Cats have short digestive tracts one and a half times the length of their bodies. Ours is six times. Cats have acid saliva, ours is alkaline. Cats have acid stomachs. Ours are 100 times less acid. Cats have hinged jaws. Ours move side to side. Cats have teats all the way down their abdomens. We have only two. Cats sweat from their tongues. We sweat through our pores. Cats have claws. We do not. Cats have long sharp canine teeth. We don't. Our central incisors are dominant. Cats instinctively stalk their prey. When was the last time you salivated when you saw a poodle or road kill? No science can debate the irrefutable physiological and anatomical facts that we are not carnivores by any means. Science and medicine also shows that we flourish on a diet of primarily fruits and vegetables, and even more on a diet of exclusively fruits and vegetables.
WE CAN ALL EAT A LIMITED AMOUNT OF CHICKEN AND FISH, ETC. AND "SURVIVE" BUT WE WILL NEVER THRIVE AND WE WILL ALWAYS BE PLAGUED BY DISEASE UNTIL WE ADOPT AT LEAST A HIGH RAW VEGAN DIET.
The Law Of Vital Adaptation. Remember the doves in the bell jar? Your body has as its prime objective, survival, not health. It will do its best to adapt. But the cost is heart attack, cancer, diabetes, obesity, etc., suffering, and premature death.
You can "build" your body with dead animals and low quality materials, just as cheap homes are built. But their quality is short lived. Or you can create and maintain your body with the materials it was designed to have. Build with dead bricks that self-destruct or build with live bricks that serve you well.
HEALTHY is such a loose term. The truly healthy diet does not catch on because most people do not put forth the effort to change. Eating a diet of fresh, enzyme-rich fruits and vegetables will, at first set a cleansing or detoxifying process in effect. This causes weight loss. (Putting out the garbage). Most are brainwashed into thinking that this is bad, so they stop the process and go back to their old ways. But those who stick with it PROPERLY, are rewarded beyond their wildest dreams.
