Best Weigh Food & Fitness Coaching Twice per week. Once you learn how to do cardiovascular exercise the quick and easy way, you can do that on your own. You never need a trainer for that. But strength training is critical as it is the most important component of fitness, (See the ACSM) since 1) the majority of people get injured and die prematurely at a late age due to a fall and subsequent hospital infection originally due to a fall, caused by weak muscles, especially surrounding the hip. 2) Most people want to have a strong heart, but heart health has never been proven to be the result of endurance THR exercise but from the proper diet, So cardio is a snap, and weight training the best way is what you must leaner. Tip: it does not focus on little dumbbells, sweaty smelly gyms or chrome and fern health spas, nor does it utilize inner-outer thigh machines or "pec decks". Proper weight training that truly protects you for the rest of your life is a lost art. Chris has mastered it for 33 years. You must have normal joint function to take this class in order to begin the training to get the best results. If you have any problems with your knees, low back or other joints, Chris is quite expert at rehabilitation but it is advisable that you consult an experienced sports/medical physician and get cleared for basic exercise before you sign up just so that you are aware that your best results will only come after you restore your joints to normal function. What do I mean by "best" results. Specificity, Overload, Progression & Regularity

Or you can create and maintain your body with the materials it was designed to have. Build with dead bricks that self-destruct or build with live bricks that serve you well.
HEALTHY is such a loose term. The truly healthy diet does not catch on because most people do not put forth the effort to change. Eating a diet of fresh, enzyme-rich fruits and vegetables will, at first set a cleansing or detoxifying process in effect. This causes weight loss. (Putting out the garbage). Most are brainwashed into thinking that this is bad, so they stop the process and go back to their old ways. But those who stick with it PROPERLY, are rewarded beyond their wildest dreams.

Being a 133 lbs. 6 ft. tall honors student from NYC led me to weight training. Even though I was a "nerdy", genetically unblessed non-athlete, I discovered how to create 75 lbs. of muscle in less than two hours a week, while going from a 33 waist to a 32 in the process! (Every ounce of muscle was difficult for me!) I LEARNED THE BASICS OF FITNESS AND HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE IN THE LIBRARY. I SOON LEARNED, TOO, THAT GYMS ARE THE WORST PLACES TO LEARN HOW TO GET INTO SHAPE. In 1985 I discovered the major benefits of a vegan diet. By 1985 I was an even more muscular 205 lbs. when I realized the PROTEIN MYTH once and for all! (The PROTEIN MARKETING still makes me smile, even today!) My RAW upgrade was an even bigger discovery. check THIS out: at 19 years old, jogging four flights of 14-step bleachers winded me. At 44 years old I did 39 flights. And I HAD NOT DONE ANY SPECIFIC CARDIO WORK IN 25 YEARS. So much for right ventricle hypertrophy! By the way, my life took another turn when, in 1998 I was struck head-on while stopped at a light. I never fully recovered as my lower spine was crushed, accompanied by major radiculopathy to my left side, especially my leg. I was crawling on carpenter's knee pads for six months at home but I still managed to exercise, and of course enjoy a healing diet. I had hurt my knee very severely a few years back while moving into a house, and I had rehabilitated that on my own as well, so I was optimistic. The pictures you see here are not me at my best, for sure, but at least it shows what is possible when faced with adversity.

"Gaining weight from 133 to over 200 pounds was not easy for me. I had to force feed five to seven times a day and continue a very strenuous bodybuilding routine two times per week. (Of course that was when i ate cooked food. Now, I know the difference between pure muscle and simple muscle which is just forcing undigested protein waste into the cells!) According to Steve Mahalik, Vinnie Sferra, and Tom Meigel, all pro bodybuilders- they said that they rarely saw anyone train as hard as I did. But I trained hard, not long. I had a retail business, a wife, a house, and a life outside to live. I still managed to transform my body. I have since learned that muscle size is not the same thing as pure muscle tissue. Now I am 20 pounds lighter, stronger pound for pound, with at least double the endurance (triple if you five me four weeks to train) and no fatigue whatsoever. I can go twice the distance and do double the work as compared to 20 years ago when I ate cooked food, thinking that I was 'healthy". Now I know what health feels like with THE BEST WEIGH DIET.
